Located in a historic bank building in the heart of downtown, ERC Fort Worth provides you with nutritious meals, meal planning, meal support and integrated therapies to help you heal.
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers care three days a week, from 9:00 am to 12 noon on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Inpatient
Our Inpatient programming is designed to support adults, children and adolescents of all genders who are acutely ill and are experiencing medical and mood instability as a result of their eating disorder.

Residential
Within ERC Pathlight's step-down model of care, the Residential eating disorder treatment program as well as the Residential mood & anxiety treatment program offer medically stable patients a highly-structured and supportive 24-hour treatment environment.

Partial Hospitalization
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers some of the same intensity and structure of Residential mood, anxiety, and eating disorder treatment while providing additional opportunities to practice recovery outside of the controlled eating disorder treatment environment during evenings at home or in peer-supported apartment communities.

On-Site Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Our Intensive Outpatient program is a flexible mood, anxiety, and eating disorder treatment program that allows patients to work, go to school, or care for children during the day and sleep at home at night.

Virtual Intensive Outpatient - Eating Recovery At Home
ERC is removing the barriers that can keep patients with anorexia, bulimia, and other eating disorders from receiving treatment. Through telebehavioral health programming, Eating Recovery At Home (our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program) offers the same proven care as our in-person treatment centers.

A path to healing as unique as you are
The IOP program at ERC Fort Worth is a flexible treatment program that enables adults to go to work or care for children during the day and sleep at home during evenings. Treatment is three hours per day, three days per week and includes nutritional counseling, individual and family therapy, supported meals and more.

Your care doesn’t end when you leave the IOP program at ERC Fort Worth. When you discharge from care, one of our alumni outreach team members will contact you regularly by phone and email. We can also help you coordinate care to set up ongoing nutrition and therapy support, whether on- or off-campus.

Where is ERC Fort Worth located?
Eating Recovery Center Fort Worth is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, TX. Our address is 4200 S. Hulen Street, Suite 436. Our center is located inside a historic bank building. We are less than 10 minutes away from Texas Christian University and within a half-hour drive of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, where the Dallas Cowboys play their home games.

How long does the program last?
Most participants find that eight weeks is the appropriate amount of time for treatment. However, some individuals may need more or less time. You may also re-enroll in the program if you find that you need more support after you discharge.
