Life-saving care shouldn’t depend on access
Eating disorders and mood and anxiety disorders are serious, complex illnesses. With the right care, recovery is possible.
The Foundation’s advocacy, research, and financial support remove barriers that stand between people and care.
Eating disorders are serious. Access and funding have yet to catch up
Americans will experience an eating disorder in their lifetime.
Adults in the U.S. experience an anxiety disorder each year (18.1% of the population).
American adults have a mood disorder; 9.7% report one in the past year.
Federal research funding remains insufficient compared to the number of people impacted.

Our Eating Disorder foundation saves lives
Since its inception in 2012, the Eating Recovery and Pathlight Foundation (ERPF), a registered 501(c)(3), has worked to improve the lives of individuals at risk for or experiencing eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
Our mission is simple:
“To better the lives of individuals at risk for or experiencing eating disorders and mood and anxiety disorders, as well as their families, caregivers, and treating professionals.”
Through increased awareness, evidence-based research, and expanded access to care for underserved communities, the ERC Foundation has positively impacted thousands of lives and continues to make life-saving treatment possible for those who need it most.

Ways to give
We encourage you to make a donation to benefit our programs, so that we can help even more sufferers receive the life-saving care they deserve.
