Biography

Hi, I’m Quinn Strong. Most days, you can find me in North Louisiana floating around my yoga mat, hanging out with my husband, daughter, and our two dogs, or in my pj’s curled up with a cozy novel. I’m pretty good at sneaking away for a few quiet minutes alone to enjoy a (very slow) run, or pretending to be a culinary genius in the kitchen. I love serving the world by sharing yoga with others as a form of emotional release and empowerment. I began practicing yoga as a form of low impact activity, while pregnant with my daughter, many years ago. Exploring this practice, invited me into the world of movement & embodiment. While learning to get fit and moving my body in a more intuitive way, I quickly had the self realization that yoga was helping me heal my anxious mind, and ever changing mood instability. I began to understand the correlation between our emotions, nervous system, body functionality, and the way our bodies store and express trauma. I am excited to guide others that struggle through emotional distress and share the technology and modalities that are capable of healing our amazing and complex mind- body connection.
