ERC Pathlight Utilizes E-Verify as Part of our Hiring Process
We participate in E-Verify because we believe every employee has the right to work. By partaking in E-Verify, we will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, we are required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before ERC Pathlight can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
Culture at ERC Pathlight
Compassionate people create empowered teams. At ERC Pathlight, we have outstanding teams who work selflessly each day for each other and their patients. Our mission lights the way for our actions. No matter which position you are interested in pursuing, our organization is filled with people who guide with empathy and create empowered places for continued development. Our Values & Mission
People desire to feel purpose in their careers, and what we do day in and day out is serve people who need our guidance.
ERC Pathlight's mission is to take the very best care of patients, families, providers, and our teammates as we deliver the highest quality treatment for patients with eating disorders and mood disorders.
Working in a Treatment Center
If you’ve never worked at a center before, it’s difficult to picture the day-to-day. From an “immediate feeling of calm” to “pretty colors on the walls” to working in the children's unit and hearing their “infectious laughter and chatter” when you walk in every morning, each setting is different depending on your position. However, our teams agree that ‘fulfilling’ is the word that comes to mind.
Core Values
Compassion
We care about and for our patients, their families, ourselves, and each other. We lead with empathy and an open heart, honoring the profound impact they make, not just in the moment, but for a lifetime.
Collaboration
When we work together, we inspire each other to do great things. Seeking out diverse perspectives, communicating openly, and connecting with others is how we create the best paths forward for our patients and their families.
Integrity
We say what we mean and do what we say. We are honest and open, earning the trust of our patients, their families, referring providers, and each other.
Inclusivity
We seek and we value teammates of different backgrounds, lived experiences, and perspectives. When all teammates and patients are welcomed as their whole selves, we flourish as a community and best support our patients’ mental health journeys.
Accountability
We take ownership of our words and actions, as well as the impact they have on those around us. It’s our responsibility to honor our individual and team commitments.
Flexibility
By staying curious, we continuously learn more about our field, others, and ourselves. With the support and strength of our community, we embrace and drive change in order to explore new possibilities, inspire innovation, and encourage personal and professional growth.
Diversity and Inclusion
We strongly reject racism, hate, and discrimination as they run counter to what is good and ethical, and stand in total opposition to ERC Pathlight's core values. We are committed in our efforts to support all of our teammates so we can ensure that we as an organization fully live up to our values that include non-discrimination, inclusion and respect for diversity.
Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we provide additional counseling opportunities to help teammates address racially motivated traumas they are experiencing or have experienced in their lives. Internally, we engage with Diversity, Equality & Inclusion consultants to help advise our company across a spectrum of areas and help us identify and prioritize areas that can enhance our workforce diversity and experience.
ERC Pathlight is an equal opportunity employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or any other status protected by applicable law.
Advocacy for Mental Health Care and Insurance
In the same way we observe and guide our patients, we take the same consideration for our employees when building our benefits packages and healthcare offerings that include mental wellness at the forefront: ample PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and comprehensive healthcare.
We will advocate for you and fight tooth and nail to get insurance to cover you for any mental health condition you are experiencing, which includes mind, body, and health, at a low co-pay.
I think being in the nursing field, there are many ways we can light the way for our patients. Sometimes that means being the light to their darkness that is their eating disorder or mood disorder, sometimes it's being a nightlight of comfort in the middle of the night when they can't sleep. As a nurse, simply advocating for our patients can bring light to a dark time in their life. As a collaborative team, I think we at ERC and Pathlight can offer a light of hope to our patients who feel like there isn't any.
Benefits
Be well: Here’s a peek at what wellness means to us!
Pay
We offer competitive salaries in our industry as well as provide excellent financial benefits that include Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Generous Paid Time Off, 401(K) with company match and a Flexible Spending Account Program or Health Savings Account.
PTO
To provide the best care to our patients we know we have to provide the best care back for our employees. Paid Time Off (PTO) is not only crucial to employee success, but vital to employee wellness and we give ample personal time off (PTO) so that you can enjoy time away. Accrual of PTO begins with your first full pay period after your date of hire, and in your first couple years alone, we provide accrual of up to three weeks plus eight holidays.
Health Insurance
A company cannot be healthy if its employees are not. We offer robust medical insurance plans and excellent fringe programs through HealthComp with access to the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield network.
Retirement Plan
Our robust 401(k) plan is a retirement savings plan designed to allow eligible employees to supplement any existing retirement and pension benefits by saving and investing before-tax dollars through a voluntary salary contribution. A wide variety of investment options are available through our plan, and employees are automatically enrolled at the beginning of the first quarter following just two months of working with us!
On The Job Training
Whether you are in your first internship here or hours away from full licensure, we have on the job training that will help you reach the place in your career that you strive to achieve! New Masters-Degree Program Therapists can accumulate hours by leading groups at the same time as earning hours for full licensure while our Behavioral Health Counselors tend to embark on one of two career tracks in Nursing or Clinical to become fully licensed therapists!
Educational Assistance Program
With our Educational Assistance Program, ERC Pathlight will contribute up to a certain, substantial amount of money per calendar year for reimbursement for your education to help you further your career.
Caring for Staff
Healthy organizations value the mental wellness of their teams, and we understand that the professionals who work for us are not immune to their own mental health conditions. In the same way we observe and guide our patients, we take the same consideration for our employees when building our benefits packages and healthcare offerings. Think of it this way: if you're not taking enough PTO, we notice and will step in to help you take the paid time off you deserve because that’s the company culture we strive to be.
Entry Level Roles
We can train someone to do a job but we can’t train a person to have compassion. If you have a passion for mental health and are moved by our mission, then you are in the right place. We offer many entry level positions. If you’re curious about what's available or learning more, read more today or sign up for future opportunities.

As a member of the Response Team, I begin to light the way from the first moment we pick up the phone. I strive to make each call a normalized and easy process, whether its a client, provider or parent. I want to ensure each patient has a thorough understanding of the steps they need to take to enter treatment, so the path towards admission is as clear as possible.
