Join Shana Minei Spence, MS, RDN, CDN and Meredith Nisbet, MS, LMFT for a webinar discussion on eating disorder recovery from the lens of Health At Every Size clinicians. Health At Every Size offers an inclusive, hope-filled framework to find freedom from diet culture and fatphobia.

Meredith and Shana will offer tools to help individuals on a recovery journey  to integrate this perspective their lives and tune out the overwhelming diet culture messaging of the new year. Clinicians, dietitians, and those in the eating disorder field will learn how to ground clients in their values and provide evidence-based, ethical, and inclusive care amongst the noise of January resolutions and diet culture.

Following this presentation, participants will be able to…

  • Identify HAES principles.
  • Define application of HAES to eating disorder treatment.
  • Develop tools for integrating HAES and personal values to form a skill set for recovery.
