Biography

Kelsey Horton is a psychiatric Physician Assistant at Eating Recovery Center in Denver. Her areas of specialization include the treatment of eating disorders at all levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient. She received her PA degree from Rosalind Franklin University with a focus on psychiatry. She enjoys merging her current work as a psychiatric provider with her previous career as an eating disorder-specialized Registered Dietitian. She graduated from Saint Louis University with an MS in Nutrition and Physical Performance. Her 6-year dietitian career occurred in various eating disorder treatment centers, including ERC, Rogers Behavioral, and McCallum Place. She was hired as the dietitian for McCallum Place’s Victory Program while obtaining her Certification in Sports Dietetics. Kelsey was previously an athlete, playing softball for the University of Wisconsin.
