Keely Flack

Assistant Nursing Director

Biography

Keely has been a registered nurse for 10 years.  She received my BSN from Allen College of Nursing and a BA in Biology from Wartburg college.

Her nursing journey began at the University of Iowa in Iowa City where she worked on a trauma and transplant unit.  She worked there for 3 years and had my first taste of nursing leadership as a charge nurse on this unit.  She then became a travel nurse for the next 3 years with assignments in Texas, Hawaii, and California before arriving in Denver for her final travel nurse assignment. She fell in love with Denver and decided she wanted to stay and get a permanent job at ERC.

She started at ERC in 2019 at Pine and was on nights for the first 2 years.  She made the swap to day shift, and shortly after that took the nurse manager position at pine in June 2021. For the past year she has enjoyed being a part of the ERC leadership team.

In her free time, Keely loves to golf, ski, hike, and camp.  She also enjoys cuddling with her fluffy cat, Pippy and traveling to Chicago to spend time with her1-year-old nephew, Ozzy. On Wednesday nights, we can find her in City Park playing volleyball and being overly competitive!
