Biography

Emily Bittner, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner working at our Cincinnati, OH location. Originally from West Harrison, Indiana, Emily has spent most of her life in the Cincinnati tri-state area. With a deep passion for patient education and advocacy, she is dedicated to improving long-term health outcomes and enhancing her patients' overall well-being. Emily's approach to care is centered on providing compassionate, patient-focused, evidence-based care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.

Emily earned her Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus on Family Practice, from the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with a 3.9 GPA. Her clinical experience spans various settings, including primary care in a community health center, where she coordinated care for a panel of over 1000 patients. Emily also participated in a post-graduate residency, gaining experience in multiple specialties such as adult, pediatric, and women’s health. She has a strong background in managing chronic conditions, health promotion, and disease prevention, and is committed to fostering collaborative relationships with patients and the multidisciplinary care teams she works with.

Before joining our team, Emily honed her nursing skills as a Registered Nurse, with experience in both inpatient and perioperative care. Her clinical background includes working at TriHealth and Mercy Fairfield Hospital in Cincinnati, where she provided patient-centered care to diverse populations. Emily is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is fluent in utilizing electronic health record systems such as Epic, AthenaNet, and ECW. Outside of work, Emily enjoys reading, traveling, watching women's sports, and crafting, reflecting her well-rounded approach to life and care.
