Elizabeth "Liz" Babb, LCSW

Liz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has dedicated 10 years to the mental health field. Liz received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work from Texas State University San Marcos. She worked at Inpatient Psychiatric Care from 2014-2022 as a Therapist and succeeded into other roles such as Lead Therapist, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, and Director of Clinical Services. Prior to inpatient psychiatric care, Liz worked as a Case Aide for the children’s shelter in San Marcos, TX and as a direct care provider to adolescents at a residential treatment center in San Marcos, TX. Her passion also led her to devote her free time to volunteering at State Hospitals in Texas. Liz has extensive experience in treatment of severe mental illness, crisis intervention, acute psychiatric care, case management, milieu management, and managing clinical operations.
