Biography

Cordelia graduated with her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Cordelia has worked in a variety of settings including various Chicago neighborhoods as a community social worker, level 1 trauma centers, a community mental health center, and outpatient private practice. Cordelia brings a wealth of experience to ERC Pathlight, which includes her work with a diverse range of client populations, including pediatric survivors of gun violence, individuals with severe and persistent mental health, and with individuals and families in outpatient private practice. Cordelia loves to use data to improve mental health services and patient outcomes and is motivated by working together with her colleagues to solve complex problems. Cordelia brings her passion for training and supervising clinicians and expanding access to care to her work as a clinical leader. Cordelia started working at Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center location in the heart of Downtown Chicago in 2023. She values the opportunity to connect with referring providers from a range of settings, as well as her colleagues at ERCP sites across the country.
