Biography

Claudia Reyes, PA-C, is a current Physician Assistant at our Denver, Colorado location. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Claudia moved to Colorado in 2018 after earning her Biology degree from Arizona State University. She began her healthcare career at ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2019, where her dedication to patient care sparked her interest in becoming a Physician Assistant. Claudia graduated from Red Rocks Community College with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in November 2023 and pursued her passion for emergency medicine by joining our team at ERC.

Claudia is fluent in both English and Spanish, bringing a bilingual and culturally sensitive approach to her care. She has diverse clinical experience, including primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, and family medicine, with a particular focus on underserved and bilingual populations. Her hands-on experience spans several rotations, including pediatrics, obstetrics, cardiology, and palliative care. She has worked at various clinics and hospitals, including the Colorado Department of Corrections, Sunrise Community Health Center, and the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.

In addition to her academic and clinical background, Claudia holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends, often engaging in puzzles and game nights.

Claudia's passion for patient care and her commitment to serving diverse communities make her a valuable member of our healthcare team in Denver.
