Dr. Chloe J. Yuan, MD, is a compassionate and dedicated psychiatrist specializing in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Hawai’i, John A. Burns School of Medicine in 2018, following a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Yuan is board-certified in General Psychiatry and is a fellow of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program at Dell Children's Medical Center, University of Texas at Austin, where she has been training since 2021. In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Yuan has contributed to various publications, including chapters on psychopharmacology and treatment-resistant depression, and has presented research on topics such as LGBTQ+ informed psychiatric care and trauma-focused treatments.
Dr. Yuan has been an integral part of ERC Pathlight's clinical team since October 2023, working out of their Austin and Woodlands, Texas locations. She has provided exceptional care to patients dealing with complex mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based treatments in a compassionate and personalized approach. In January 2025, Dr. Yuan relocated to Denver, CO, where she continues her practice at ERC Pathlight’s Denver location, bringing her vast knowledge and skills to a new community.
A strong advocate for mental health, Dr. Yuan is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the American Psychiatric Association. Her commitment to advancing psychiatric care is further reflected in her numerous honors and awards, such as the Elizabeth and Richard Grossman Endowed Scholarship and the JABSOM Medical School Scholarship.
