Adam Holley is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) working at our Plano, Texas location. Originally from Wichita Falls, TX, Adam began his career aspiring to be a performer, fueled by a love for the arts and a music scholarship. However, his journey took a transformative turn when he discovered his passion for mental health while working at a state psychiatric hospital. Through roles in the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Department, he combined his performance skills with a desire to engage and support individuals facing mental health challenges, ultimately realizing that he could make a profound impact in this field.

With over 27 years of experience in mental health, Adam is deeply committed to providing holistic, cost-effective care across the lifespan. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and multiple nursing certifications, including the prestigious Master Psychopharmacology Certification. Adam’s extensive clinical experience spans a variety of settings—ranging from state-managed psychiatric hospitals to crisis stabilization units—where he has developed expertise in treating diverse populations, including children, adults, and those struggling with co-occurring substance use disorders. Recently, he has expanded his focus to include the treatment of eating disorders, reflecting his dedication to evolving alongside the needs of his patients.

Outside of his professional life, Adam enjoys spending time with his three dogs and pursuing his love for music and theatre. As a lifelong learner, he is passionate about travel and continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth. Adam's empathetic approach and commitment to patient-centered care make him a valuable resource for individuals seeking support and healing in their mental health journeys.
