DENVER, Colo.—Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center (ERC Pathlight), the nation’s leading mental health care system dedicated to the treatment of eating disorders and primary mood and anxiety disorders, announced Goran Dragolovic as its next Chief Executive Officer.

Dragolovic will lead ERC Pathlight’s 2,000 teammates who provide compassionate care to nearly 9,000 patients in person and virtually each year. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare with expertise in managing physician partnerships and focusing on high-quality clinical care.

“Goran is a leader who lives our mission,” said Ken Weiner, MD, Founding Chairman of ERC Pathlight. “Along with his extensive healthcare background with several CEO roles, he’s a dynamic, results-oriented operator who will help ERC Pathlight navigate the behavioral health landscape and will be an enormous asset in paving the road to our continued success.”

ERC Pathlight provides a continuum of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment at over 30 centers nationwide and through Eating Recovery At Home and Pathlight At Home, the company’s virtual intensive outpatient programming which has received nods from Health, Parents, and People Magazine for offering the “best online therapy” service last year.

“I’ve joined ERC Pathlight because of the company’s important mission and singular legacy,” said Dragolovic. “This company has always been oriented around our patients, and as CEO I look forward to serving our teammates who provide that critical patient care every day. Building on the innovative foundation set by Dr. Weiner and our leadership teams over the last 15 years, and with the conviction that progress and evolution are never ending, my goal is to drive strategic growth and continue to improve patient outcomes in a quickly changing behavioral healthcare landscape.”

Before joining ERC Pathlight, Dragolovic served as CEO of Covenant Physician Partners, Women’s Health USA, and Specialty Health Center. He also held roles as senior vice president for Surgical Care Affiliates; executive vice president and chief operating officer for Forest Health Services; and vice president of operations for Cogent Healthcare. Dragolovic received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Pepperdine University and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
