In honor of Mental Wellness Awareness month, join us for an unforgettable arts-based mental health workshop where we’ll watch two short films, Mind Matters, displaying the silent struggle many individuals experience during their depressive episodes, and Continue to Live, the story of a majestic trans masculine being surviving and thriving. We’ll then engage in a discussion with our partners at Art with Impact, GLSEN and Trans Lifeline about navigating mental health in 2025, and invite students to share and reflect on their own mental health journeys.

If you have any questions about this event or Say It Brave on Campus, please reach out to the Say It Brave team at [email protected].
